This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed on www.delser.us. By purchasing from our Site, you agree to this policy along with our Terms of Service and Return & Refund Policy.
1) Currency (USD) + Shipping / Export Costs
All product prices, shipping fees, handling fees, and any export-related costs are calculated and displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Shipping fees are shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Shipping costs are generally non-refundable, except when the issue is our error or there is verified damage/defect (see “Issues & Claims”).
2) Where We Ship
We ship to:
United States (domestic): including all 50 states.
International (select destinations): availability depends on the country shown at checkout.
If your country is not available at checkout, contact us at info@delser.us and we’ll review possible options.
3) Processing Time (Order Preparation)
Standard processing time is 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During peak seasons (promotions, launches, year-end), processing times may be longer.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is handed to the carrier.
4) Transit Times (Delivery Estimates)
Delivery time depends on destination and carrier service. All timeframes are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, high-volume periods, or carrier delays.
Common estimates:
United States: 2–7 business days (depending on service and location).
International: 4–10 business days (or longer), depending on customs and destination country.
5) Carriers
We may ship using carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or others depending on availability, cost, and destination. Carrier selection may vary to optimize delivery.
6) Accurate Shipping Address (Customer Responsibility)
To avoid delays or lost packages:
Please verify full name, street address, apartment/unit, city, state, ZIP code, and phone number at checkout.
DELSER is not responsible for failed deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed:
We can reship the order, but the customer is responsible for the new shipping cost (in USD), or
We may issue a refund for the product price minus shipping/handling costs (when applicable and only if the return meets our eligibility rules).
7) Tracking + Proof of Delivery
Once the carrier receives the package, tracking updates depend on the carrier.
If tracking shows “Delivered”, the shipment is considered delivered to the address provided.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package:
Check around your delivery area (front desk, mailroom, neighbors, management office).
Confirm the address used at checkout.
We can help you file a claim with the carrier when applicable, but outcomes depend on the carrier’s investigation.
8) International Shipping: Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders:
Your country may charge import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges.
These charges are not controlled by DELSER and are typically the customer’s responsibility at delivery or customs release.
Customs processing can cause delays outside our control.
Important: Import rules and thresholds vary by country and may change over time. By ordering internationally, you agree to comply with your country’s import regulations.
9) Issues & Claims: Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include photos of the product, the outer packaging, the inner packaging, and the shipping label.
We will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution (replacement, reshipment, or refund) according to our Return & Refund Policy.
10) Delays, Force Majeure, and Events Beyond Our Control
DELSER is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, carrier disruptions, strikes, customs holds, supply chain interruptions). We will still do our best to support you with tracking and available options.
11) Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, you may receive them in separate shipments due to inventory, packaging, or carrier logistics. If that happens, we will provide the corresponding tracking information.
