These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.delser.us (the “Site”) and any purchases made through the Site. By visiting, browsing, or purchasing from our Site, you agree to these Terms and any policies posted on the Site (including our Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy).

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or policy violations. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund for the canceled items.
7) Shipping, Delivery Times, and Delays
Delivery times vary by destination, season, weather, carrier operations, and (for international orders) customs processing.

Hygiene/safety eligibility rules (unopened/unused items)
